Purchases that need to be shipped to Italy will be delivered in 24/48 hours, except for customized items. In case of foreign destinations, it depends on the area; it usually takes from 7 to 10 working days. In case of failed delivery due to absence of the recipient, how can I arrange a new delivery?

The courier is supposed to leave a delivery notice with the tracking code. You can dial the number you will find on the notice and provide the tracking code to arrange a new delivery.

Can I return the goods? What are the terms and conditions?

Bonvini1909.com refunds or replaces all or a part of the items as long as they are returned in perfect conditions within 15 days from the day of purchase and with the shipping documents and the original packaging. You can return your goods to Fratelli Bonvini Milano, via Tagliamento 1, 20139 Milan. Shipment costs for any refund or change must be covered by the buyer.

How long does it take to get the refund on my credit card?

Bonvini1909.com refunds within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Once the refund has been made, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to credit the amount on your bank account.

Can I personalize the products I have purchased?

Bonvini1909.com offers a custumization service for some products, such as, for example: notepads, notebooks, diaries, letterhead paper, envelopes and cardboards, pencils and colored pencils.
Customization can be made using the technique of letterpress printing or with dry or hot printing, adding golden or silver foils. Fratelli Bonvini offers a selection of patterns, sizes and typefaces. The items are customized manually with brass or zinc typefaces. Before determining the position of the personalization and firmly fixing the product into place, we place a golden or silver foil under the press and perform a print test on a portion of cardboard to check that the output is correct. This process requires ability, experience and skill.

Can I use my own drawing?

Fratelli Bonvini always seeks to best satisfy your needs and wishes. In this case, we create a stereotype and apply the customization with letterpress printing.

What are the production times and the costs of customization?

For customized orders with hot printing, the production time is 72 hours from approval. For letterpress printing, it is 10 days at most. The cost of hot printing customization is 5.00 € per line (max 20 types) for notepads and calendars, or 2.00 € for pencils (max 20 types).

Can I return a customized item?

Unfortunately, once you have customized an item it is not possible to change it or to request a refund.

Is it possible to order customized letterhead paper?

Fratelli Bonvini specializes in letterpress printing on letter paper for both personal and business use. On bonvini1909.com you can choose among different kinds of paper and envelopes. By sending an email to info@bonvini1909.com and indicating the kind of paper and envelopes you want, as well as the information related to the customization you need, our printers will send you a proof print for your editing and/or approval. In case you want to add trademarks or drawings, we can make a stereotype in copper or zinc and engrave it for printing. We can carefully store the stereotype at our typography for any future orders. The customization will be made using typography machines dating back to the end of the 19th century, and to 1920 and 1950. Our quality control department will carefully check the quality of your customized purchase, which will then be packaged in our boxes and sent to your destination.
